What sizes are available?

Widths are available within 1" increments up to 18'2". Heights available up to 14'

With DIGBY BUILT, rest assured that reframing concerns are a thing of the past.

ex. 15' -10" x 7' 9" is an option

How thick are the frames?

The frames are 2" thick aluminum. Please see the attachment below for specific dimensions.

What is the minimum headroom that is required to have a sectional door operate?

~ The standard 12" Radius Minimum is 12" of headroom

~ The standard 15" Radius Minimum is 17" of headroom

~ The standard Low headroom Track Minimum is 8" of headroom

Do you offer powder coating?

Custom powder coating colors are available at a surcharge. Please see the attachment below for RAL K7 powder coat options.

Can I buy directly from DIGBY BUILT?

DIGBY BUILT is only a manufacturer and sells only to garage door dealers. A business owner or homeowner may purchase through a contracted garage door dealer.

What is the benefit of powder coating and anodized finish options?

Anodize is visually more appealing and more commonly matches window frames. A powder coat finish is more durable. It also gives you the option of a variety of colors but at a higher cost.

What exactly is the anodized finish on aluminum doors?

Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process. It helps create an extremely hard and durable coating while keeping its aesthetically pleasing look.
